Scope of data processing

This website does not provide a contact form. Communication takes place via e-mail or telephone.

We process only the personal data you voluntarily provide in your message (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number, enquiry content and project details), solely to respond, prepare an offer or perform a contract.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process data under Article 6(1) GDPR:

  • (b) — when processing is necessary for steps prior to entering into a contract or for contract performance;
  • (f) — when processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller (e.g. responding to enquiries, business correspondence records);

Data retention

Correspondence data is kept for as long as necessary to respond and maintain business contact, and thereafter for periods required by law (e.g. tax and accounting regulations) or until an effective objection is raised where legitimate interest is the legal basis.

Data may be entrusted to hosting, e-mail or IT service providers acting on behalf of the controller — only to the extent necessary to maintain the website and handle correspondence, under data processing agreements.

Cookies

We use cookies solely to display an embedded Google Map after you give consent. We do not use advertising, marketing or analytics cookies.

The Google Map is an external service and loads only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner.

Changing your cookie decision

You can change your decision at any time using the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of the page.

External services

The embedded map is provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. When loaded, your browser connects to Google servers, which may process technical data (e.g. IP address) according to Google's Privacy Policy.

Voluntary provision of data

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to receive a reply or establish cooperation.

Automated decision-making

Data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling.

Data Protection Officer

The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as this is not required under GDPR in this case.
